The meeting pointed out that the current economic situation in China is the result of the combined effects of long-term and short-term, internal and external factors. China's economy is shifting from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development, and the external environment has also undergone profound changes, with some policy effects yet to be further released.
